Taught by pediatric speech language pathologist Carrie & pediatric occupational therapist Kristin of Move U Pediatric Therapy. This class is great for new parents learning when to transition their babies to different stages of food learning, or support babies or are struggling with new foods.

Focus: Parents will learn and attempt pre-feeding exploration of purees as well as positive food learning techniques to support healthy and happy feeders willing to learn about a variety of foods.

Children Ages 9 to 12 Months
10:00 Am - 10:45 Am
Focus: Parents and children will learn positive food learning techniques to support healthy and happy feeders transitioning safely from purees to meltable solids and soft solids.
Introduce the idea of a sippy
cup.
The goal is to develop a positive relationship with food allowing a child to feel confident and ready to expand food variety.
It is recommended you bring a booster for your child and your feeding utensils (fork, spoon or spork).
