💛 Course 1: Infant Handling & Engaging (0–5 months)
🕑 1:00 to 1:45 PM
Appropriate for: Parents and infants ages 0–5 months (up to 6 participants)
Focus Areas:
Modifications to tummy time
Facilitating rolling and upright propped sitting
The use of carriers and positioning devices
Overview:
Learn gentle, evidence-based strategies to connect and engage with your baby while supporting their early development. Perfect for newborns and young infants — or for babies older than 5 months who haven’t yet reached these early milestones.
Overview:
Discover strategies to help your baby explore new movement, build strength, and develop independence through play and sensory experiences.
🌟 Course 2: Milestones & Magic (5–11 months)

Appropriate for: Parents and infants ages 5–11 months
Recommended milestones: Stable head and neck control, able to sit supported
Focus Areas:
Reach and grasp activities
Hands/toys-to-mouth exploration
Motor Milestone Practice including rolling, independent transitions, sitting, crawling, and pull to stand
Social engagement and Play
🚀 Course 3: Catch Me If You Can!
(10–15 months)
🕠 3:00 to 3:45 PM
Appropriate for: Parents and children ages 10–15 months
Recommended milestones: Sitting independently and is mobile
Focus Areas:
Crawling, climbing, and walking skills
Pulling to stand and balance training
Identifying pictures and objects
Environment: A fun, safe, and sensory-rich space for discovery and play.
Overview:
Support your child as they explore the world around them! This session focuses on mobility, early communication, and sensory exploration — helping both fearless and cautious movers thrive.
