Adaptive Gymnastics Open Gym

Join us for a fun, inclusive, and movement-filled Adaptive Gymnastics Open Gym designed for children ages 3 through pre-teen. This event provides a supportive environment where kids of all abilities can explore movement, build confidence, and enjoy active play.

The gymnastic coaches from AAGA & pediatric physical therapist from Move U will be leading this playful yet highly skilled open gymnastics session.

🌟 What to Expect:

Children will have access to a guided obstacle course along with a free play option, allowing them to move at their own pace while developing strength, coordination, and motor skills in a fun and engaging way.

Our team from Move U Pediatric Therapy will be on-site to support participation and help create a positive, sensory-friendly experience for every child.

🕓 Time: 4:00 – 5:30 PM

👨‍👩‍👧 Parent Requirement: A parent or caregiver must remain present for the duration of the event.
